The Process

  • Complete our Vacation Request Form
  • Complementary Consultation: We will book a 30–45 minute complimentary consultation (phone or zoom) to learn about your travel preferences and upcoming travel plans. We'll share details of our company and services. If we mutually feel that we are a good match then we will start the planning process. 
  • Research & Custom Proposal Creation: We will research two options and follow-up with you within 48 - 72 hours (depending on the complexity of your trip). 
  • Will meet with you again to present the options, discuss any edits, receive verbal approval to move forward.  All proposals are built through our custom web app which includes vivid photos/videos, city guides, day-to-day itinerary, flight trackers, hotel information, activities and all your important information.   
  • Pricing will be presented in a per person package price with a clear list of inclusions and exclusions. We will outline deposit and final payment costs. 
  • Book: Once you feel that your itinerary is perfect, we will start booking and confirming your trip to finalize.  You will receive a final itinerary with confirmation codes. 
  • Continued Connections: We will continue to touch base with you prior to your trip to answer any questions and ensure you have the final trip documents.
